About Audibility
Independent, HCPC‑registered hearing care for North & South Lanarkshire — delivered with warmth, clarity and clinical expertise.
At Audibility, we believe hearing care should be personal, supportive and clinically robust. Based in Motherwell, we provide professional hearing tests, ear wax removal, modern hearing aid solutions and Tinnitus support for people across North and South Lanarkshire.
Our focus is simple: clear communication, clinical accuracy and long‑term support you can trust.
Our Story
Audibility was founded to offer a welcoming, community‑focused approach to hearing care. We wanted to create a space where people feel listened to, supported and empowered to make informed decisions about their hearing. As an independent clinic, we’re able to offer a broad choice of technology and tailor our appointments to each individual. Our independence allows us to focus on what matters most — delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
From our full‑time clinic on Brandon Parade East, right in the heart of Motherwell, we regularly welcome patients from across Lanarkshire — including Hamilton, East Kilbride, Uddingston, Wishaw, Bellshill, Coatbridge, Airdrie and surrounding areas.
Meet Your Hearing Care Leadership Team
Our leadership team combines HCPC‑registered clinical expertise with dedicated patient support to ensure every visit feels clear, reassuring and personal. Led by Clinical Lead Michael Marchant and supported by Clinic Manager Tracy Marchant, we take the time to understand your needs, explain everything clearly and guide you throughout your hearing journey.
Michael Marchant HAD FSHAA
Clinical Lead & HCPC‑Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist
As Audibility’s Clinical Lead, Michael brings HCPC‑registered expertise, Fellowship of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists, and a strong commitment to clinical excellence. His professional interests include tinnitus and complex hearing loss, informed in part by his own lived experience of otosclerosis — shaping a compassionate, patient‑centred approach to care.
Michael is also an elected Board Member of BSHAA. He has chaired the Quality Standards Committee, served as Vice‑President, and now serves the society as President — contributing to national leadership, education and the development of professional standards across the UK. His fellowship reflects sustained contribution to the profession and ongoing commitment to advancing safe, evidence‑based hearing care.
At Audibility, Michael is dedicated to providing clear, confident and clinically robust support for every patient, ensuring that each person receives care grounded in best practice, professional integrity and genuine understanding.
Tracy Marchant CSHAA
Clinic Manager & Patient Support Lead
Tracy leads Audibility’s front‑of‑house and patient support services, drawing on her background in customer care and occupational health to create a smooth, reassuring experience for every visitor. She plays a key role in ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and that patients feel supported at every stage of their care.

Her expanded skill set supports the continued growth of Audibility and enhances the warm, confident experience patients receive throughout their journey.
Tracy oversees day‑to‑day operations, appointment coordination and patient communication, helping to maintain the calm, welcoming environment that Audibility is known for. Her warm, professional approach ensures every patient feels listened to, valued and confident throughout their hearing journey.
