Came here with my wife who was being fitted with new hearing aids. Very professional service and thorough explanation throughout the fitting. The hearing aids are quite expensive but that seems to be the nature of the beast.

The hearing centre is run very professionally and you are made to feel welcome as soon as you enter the door. Michael will take the time to examine and explain in detail what the best course of action is after the he has examined you. I cannot rate this hearing centre or the people that run it highly enough. The premises is modern, bright and the waiting area and treatment room were very clean and comfortable Mr. Marchant is extremely professional and was very thorough in examining my ears, and explaining the anatomy of the ear. and what the test involved. It was very interesting to be able to see the inside of my ear canals on his screen, and his equipment appeared to be very up to date, with computerized readings of my results The test was completed and the whole experience was excellent. Both Mr. Marchant and Tracy at reception were extremely helpful and very welcoming and friendly. I will have no hesitation in advising my friends and family to visit him if they experience any hearing issues, and certainly will return again.

I need not have worried as Michael was very patient and explained everything he was doing. A totally painless experience. I can hear properly again and go on holiday with no ear worries! Can’t recommend enough. Tracy is an asset and sets such a calm environment in reception.

I visited the clinic with my daughter for an ear cleaning and some tests, and we are absolutely delighted with the experience.Right from the entrance we were welcomed by the loveliest lady at the reception desk she was incredibly warm and helpful. The audiologist was also an amazing specialist with a wonderful approach. He explained everything thoroughly and calmly walking us through exactly what to expect.We left the clinic feeling so well taken care of.
