July 2026: Momentum, Warmth and Community at Audibility
June was a landmark month for us at Audibility — our busiest since opening — and July has begun with the same sense of energy and gratitude. Growth inside a clinic doesn’t happen in a single moment; it builds through trust, consistency and the quiet, everyday work of caring for people well. This month, we wanted to share a little of what’s been happening behind the scenes.
A steady, growing momentum in the clinic
Over recent weeks, the clinic has had a steady, growing momentum — a sense of flow and consistency that comes from experience, teamwork and the trust our patients place in us. Many people tell us how relaxed the atmosphere feels when they arrive, and that’s something we work hard to maintain. Hearing care can be sensitive and personal, so creating a calm, reassuring environment is always our priority.
Supporting Tracy’s clinical development
Many of you will have met Tracy during recent appointments, and her development continues to be one of the highlights of our year. Under close supervision, she has been expanding her hands‑on experience with Real Ear Measurements (REM) and wider clinical processes. Watching her grow in confidence and skill has been a joy — not just because of the technical progress, but because of the warmth and reassurance she brings to every patient interaction.
Independent clinics thrive when their teams thrive, and Tracy’s journey is a reminder that great hearing care is always a shared effort.
Audibility on Shire Radio
Another exciting milestone this month has been the launch of our first radio advert on Shire Radio. It’s a lovely moment for us — a gentle way to reach people who may not yet know that specialist, clinically led ear care is available right here in Motherwell. Hearing the clinic’s name woven into local radio has been surreal in the best possible way. It’s a small step, but one that reflects our commitment to being part of the community we serve.
